Our Pre-Existence, Earthly Journey, and Eternal Destination
JOB 38:1-7
1 ¶ Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
(The Holman Bible translation reads – “Who is this who obscures My counsel with ignorant words?” - Job, who had the greatest amount of wisdom for a man of that time, God said that he was without knowledge of what he was talking about)
3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
4 ¶ Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. (Job knew nothing of his pre-existence before he came to be born through the womb of a woman into this world – because if he had known that, it would have changed his understanding)
5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
(This is being revealed to Job at the end of his time of suffering – and the voice of God is speaking to him and telling him of a time that was before the world was created, of when all the sons of God existed in the mind of God)
MATTHEW 25:34
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
(Notice – a world that is to come. A future kingdom that is created by God of were all the different categories of people that have inherited eternal life will live eternally in their designated position that was prepared for them from the foundation of the world)
I CORINTHIANS 13:12
12 For now we see through a glass, darkly (Paul is speaking about looking into a mirror that is not reflecting the image of his face back to him clearly, and so he can only have a partial understanding of who he really is); but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
*Job had only known himself in part until the voice of God spoke to him and the seals that had sealed up the mysteries of his life were opened to him so that he could now understand where he had come from, and why he was here on planet earth, and where he would go after his earthly journey had ended.
*Because this has been the aged old question of what man has been wanting to know from the beginning - of “who am I” and “where did I come from” and “where am I going” when this life has ceased.
Our Pre-Existence, Earthly Journey, and Eternal Destination
We are still on our subject of “Unseen worlds” of what we have been looking at over the past few weeks - but we want to “upgrade” the title to a little more advanced stage of the thought of our Pre-Existence, Earthly Journey, and Eternal Destination.
This subject makes us think of the great allegory of the story of Pilgrim’s Progress written by the English writer John Bunyan. It’s the story of an man named Christian and of his journey through life to the celestial city that would become his eternal destination.
**The bible tells us in Hebrews 11:3 that the worlds were framed by the word of God, and when the Prophet was asked about this scripture, he told us that there are worlds of worlds – worlds inside of worlds.
*And the reality is that we even have many worlds inside of this world that we are living in on this earth.
*There is the animal world, and the world of flowers and trees and insects, and even worlds within their worlds.
And then there is the world of marine life – of the sea world, and worlds contained within those worlds. Then there is man’s world, and all the past historical worlds of man’s past inhabitance. We talk about how that we are living in a different world today – and that is true.
And then there are the stars and other worlds in other galaxies, and worlds within those worlds also – worlds of worlds.

396-Q-82 82. Is there more than one world?
Yes, there's worlds of worlds, Hebrews the 1st chapter the 2nd verse, Hebrews the 11th chapter and the 3rd verse. There's worlds of worlds. God created the worlds, w-o-r-l-d-s, worlds.
And science is constantly discovering new worlds all the time, and even worlds that our 5 sensors cannot even detect, and yet these worlds are proven by science to be there.
*All these worlds were created by God from the beginning of creation.
The dimension of the world of television was here when Adam was here, but we could never have seen into that world until science came along and invented a television set that would enable us to make contact with that 4th dimensional world of which our natural eyes could not see before – and so a new world was opened up to us by the 4th dimension.
A prophet of God taught us about these things.

76 Now, in this room now is coming human beings, forms of human beings, passing through here, from all around the world, voices singing, is in this room right now. But, you see, you are only limited, in your senses, to a certain percent of sight. But now you can take the crystal, or the tube or whatever that's in the television, and turn it on, and with the set that could deviate that on those ether--ether waves, and deviate that, to condense it into a channel, and pick up those people; someone in Australia, South Africa, or where, India, or wherever it may be. You can stand here, on a screen, and see even the color of clothes that they got, the color of the trees, and every move they make. Just flip on the television, see if that isn't so.
77 Then, it's got to be somewhere, hid from our eyes, that same thing is passing through here now. It passed through here when Abraham heard God say, "Look up towards the stars." It was here when Elijah set on Mount Carmel. It was here when Adam was here, but they just now discovered it.
78 And so is God here, and the Angels. And someday it'll be just as much reality as television or anything else is, because the Spirit will bring us into that immortal Life. Then we'll understand.
Television gives us access to see into the 4th dimensional world of where Satan who is the god of this evil age is streaming deception into the minds and hearts of the people for the purpose of blinding their minds from the truth of the word of God.
REVELATION 9:1-2
1 ¶ And the fifth angel sounded ((this is WW1 of 1914 to 1918 – the 5th trumpet)), and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. (This key was the key that unlocked the advancement of technology of which we have seen an explosion of since the beginning of WW1)
2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
*Air is not just what you breathe – but it also represents the evil things that are being sent through the air by the radio and television waves.
Everything in the world has become darkened since that time – and notice that this pit had no bottom to it, in other words there is no end to the depths of Satan and of the sin of what is being spewed out upon the people of the world at this time of Satan’s Eden.
***Last week we spoke a little of how science has been constantly looking for the fundamental of what everything is made out of.
When they discovered atoms, they thought they had discovered the very building blocks of the absolute fundamental of what everything is made out of, but then as time went on, they came to realize that that was wrong.
*Because when we update this to 2025, we now find that there is a growing community of scientists and physicists that are becoming more and more convinced that “consciousness” is actually the fundamental of the fundamental of all things.
*Because it is only out of consciousness that true and intelligent thoughts can be generated, and out of thoughts comes what they term as quantum information, and out of quantum information comes quantum fields, and out of quantum fields comes atoms, and out of atoms comes all the physical matter of everything that we see of the stars and planets and all of the creation that is upon the earth, and even you and me.
**And so at the very foundation of who we are is the fact that we are spirit beings first and not flesh beings first. And it is this spirit that is in man that enables him to have consciousness and to be conscious, and that is the thing of what is far more real than the body that that person lives in, and so when the body dies, we know that the spirit part of man of your consciousness doesn’t die with the body – it lives on in another world that is unseen to this one.

E-47 See, we come out of eternity. We was before there was a world. Did you know that? God made man in His own image. "Where was you," He said to Job when Job thought he had some wisdom. Said that, "Where was you when I laid the foundation of the world--before I laid it? When the sons of God sang together and the morning star shouted for joy." The morning star shouted for joy. Them shining ones shouted for joy when they seen that someday through a tabernacle here on earth, and the King Melchisedec would come in the righteousness of God and give His Life to redeem us to God back again, and outshine the stars forever and ever.
***Since the beginning of man’s earthly existence in the Garden of Eden, he has been traveling a journey through the history of time from his Innocence in Eden, to Conscience, to Human Government, to the Promise of Abraham, to the Law of Moses, to the Grace of Jesus Christ, and then on to the future Kingdom of heaven – from eternity, back to eternity again.

105 …The dispensations change with Jesus Christ: from the law to grace, from works unto grace, from something you do to what something God did, upon your own merits or upon His merits. It changed.
*These dispensational patterns can often be applied to our own lives also, because we also experience personal dispensational changes in our own lives from an understanding of law to grace. Because it can sometimes take a person many years for their mind and heart to fully grasp the concept of the finished work of Christ concerning their personal lives, of how that right now in the sight of God you are justified as if you had never even sinned in the first place.
But because of the reality of how that we often find it harder to forgive ourselves then we even find to forgive others – we tend to hold ourselves in this kind of prison house of a deep-seated guilt that messes with our faith in the finished work of Christ. But the way to get rid of that guild is by confession to God – then we know for sure that we are freed from the penalty of all sin because the word of God is the absolute of all truth.
I JOHN 1:8-9
8 ¶ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
*This is why we must never base our lives on how we feel, but on what the word of God has already declared us to be. Because your feelings will lie to you every minute of the day, but the word of God is the only true reality.
*And so there are these different dispensational periods or worlds of conditions that apply to each period of the unfolding times of the history of mankind. But there is also the history of our own lives of the story of how our own personal world changes due to these different periods of times that we go through in our lives.
Our opening scriptures from last week:
ROMANS 8:18
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
I PETER 5:10
10 ¶ But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
***You cannot reign without first going through a portion of suffering and trials and testing – because a portion of suffering is needed for the development of your character to be matured to a level in order for you to have the right character to rule and reign, because power without character is demonic.
Just look naturally at all the people that are born into privilege and power – almost all of them become corrupted in some way and end up wreaking havoc on other people’s lives.
JOB 42:4-5
4 Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. (Job is reiterating the words of the question of what God had asked him – and then Job replies)
5 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. (seeing is to understand – you can hear but not understand)
*And so the theme here in the book of Job, of all these experiences of Job, this is what is really the focus, it was his suffering before the revelation of the easter seal (the resurrection seal and of his eternal destination) was revealed to him.
*And then also when we look at the pattern of Joseph’s life from his father’s house, and then to the prison house of suffering, and then finally to Pharoh’s house of glory and honor of where he ruled and reigned for the rest of his days - we have come to know by the opening of the word in these last days, that Joseph’s life was also showing us a mystery concerning our human life, of our pre-existence in the thoughts of God of where we dwelt in our Father’s house, and then our earthy journey of this life right now, and then our future life of the fullness of our eternal home of where we will rule and reign throughout all eternity.
**And so we see the same thing with Job’s life - from the father’s house of where he dwelt before he was born into the world through the womb of his mother.
*And then there is Job’s earthly journey of where he would experience suffering for a season in a world that had fallen from its original condition in Eden, and of were death and disease and pain and suffering are present.
*And then to his future home in the future kingdom of God that is to come.
And so this book of Job shows us these three stages also.
***Job had come into this world with the condition of amnesia, that was his default condition in that he came into this world with, of no memory of his pre-existence in the mind of God, nor did he have a revelation of life after death – and so both of these worlds were unseen to Job, but at the end, the revelation would come to him from God.
JOB 19:25-26
25 For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:
26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:
*God had revealed to Job about the resurrection and the future world. And so now Job is speaking by a revelation from God of his future life after he has finished his course of his life on earth.
*And so by this, the bible is showing us that there are three stages of our life also, of our pre-existence, and then our earthly journey that ends by the death of our natural bodies, and then our resurrection into new bodies and our eternal destination in the new kingdom.
